You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and download/print timing sheets for personal, educational, classroom, athletic coaching, and commercial workplace timing purposes.
3. Accuracy & Timing Disclaimers
Our stopwatch engine utilizes high-resolution browser performance timestamps (performance.now()) capable of sub-millisecond precision. However, hardware differences, operating system scheduling, background CPU loads, and browser throttling may introduce minor timing variances.
oStopwatch is intended as a high-precision digital stopwatch and coaching utility. It should not be used as the sole timing authority in life-critical safety equipment or officially sanctioned Olympic/regulatory trials requiring hardware laser tripwires.
4. Intellectual Property
The interface designs, custom watch dials, printable PDF templates, brand logos, and source code are the intellectual property of oStopwatch.com.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time to improve speed, performance, and user experience.
